Absolutely. We support schools' compliance with the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and privacy laws in their jurisdictions, so please be mindful of your students' privacy when you contact us. If you're calling about abusive content posted by a student at the request of a parent or peer, we usually don't need a name or any personally identifiable information. Typically, as with reporting abuse within an app or service, all that's needed is a screen name or screen shot of the content itself.
Federal law prohibits social media companies (and therefore us) from providing a user's identity to you or anyone without a subpoena.
